Over the course of three intensive days, youth workers and leaders from Spain, Italy, Ukraine, Croatia, and the Netherlands took part in enriching activities focused on:
โ๏ธ Mental health and resilience in crisis contexts
โ๏ธ Practical relaxation techniques and creative therapies
โ๏ธ Digital and media literacy
โ๏ธ Creating safe spaces for young people
โ๏ธ Youth empowerment, leadership, advocacy, and political engagement techniques
In addition to the training sessions, peer learning and transnational collaboration were encouraged, strengthening youth work networks for more effective crisis response.
