Over the course of three intensive days, youth workers and leaders from Spain, Italy, Ukraine, Croatia, and the Netherlands took part in enriching activities focused on:

โœ”๏ธ Practical relaxation techniques and creative therapies
โœ”๏ธ Digital and media literacy
โœ”๏ธ Creating safe spaces for young people
โœ”๏ธ Youth empowerment, leadership, advocacy, and political engagement techniques

In addition to the training sessions, peer learning and transnational collaboration were encouraged, strengthening youth work networks for more effective crisis response.
