The Youth Health Centre aims to improve access to mental health support, sexual and reproductive health education, and the promotion of healthy lifestyles among young people. All services are free of charge and available without a referral, based on the needs of children and youth, as well as recommendations from parents, schools, or medical professionals. The Centre provides support to children and young people, their parents or guardians, educational professionals, and the wider community through targeted and public health activities. Depending on individual needs, young people can participate in individual or group mental health programs and receive online counselling when they are unable to visit the Centre in person. All activities are tailored to each user and include continuous monitoring of progress.
